I am currently and for the foreseeable future only providing therapy via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video meeting software. That means you can enjoy therapy from the comfort of your own home (bring on the pajama pants!) or even on your lunch break. The video program is completely free for you to use, and I will provide easy instructions for how to join sessions once we set up an appointment.
